1、在参与单招面试前，先准备好一份拟好的自我介绍，背得滚瓜烂熟之后在考场中进行临场发挥。在单招面试时，一定不要用小学生背诵课文一样的语调，不要慌张，面带微笑，眼神镇定，最好能直视考官的眼睛，双臂自然下垂，显得自然一点就可以了。如果害怕与老师直视，有个好办法是，盯着他的眉心或者鼻梁看，这样别人看起来就跟盯着自己的眼睛一个效果。
